Had a great experience celebrating the New Year here! the rooms were impressively stylish and very large, providing a perfect blend of colonial elegance and modern comfort. We appreciated the quietness of the rooms , and the central location was extremely convenient for exploring the town. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests. the included breakfast buffet was also a delightful treat, with two complementary facts offered.

One negative aspect was that the music volume emanating from the dining room was too loud, and could be heard throughout the hotel at times. We did appreciate that staff was willing to accomodate our request to turn it off at nights.

Liked the beautiful colonial building and personalized decoration in the rooms. The hotel’s position close to the town center and museums was very convenient. The restaurant on-site served delicious regional food and amazing mole poblano.

Disliked the inconvenience about the breakfast service as it wasn't clear enough that breakfast was not included. , the small bathroom which made it difficult to store all my personal items.

We found the hotel's location very convenient as it was right in the center of everything. It was easy to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to visit. the facility was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room and bathroom were clean and well-appointed. We particularly loved the welcome drinks that they provided.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of curtains for the windows and doors, which meant there was a lot of light in the room.
